Congratulations Preeti Anchan 👏
In 2022, Preeti Anchan joined Hamilton School as a Teaching Assistant. This year, she achieved Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a distinction through the Best Practice Network apprenticeship route, becoming the first Teaching Assistant at Hamilton to qualify as a teacher.
Preeti now teaches at the school where her journey began, inspiring both students and colleagues. Her success highlights how the right support and determination can open new opportunities in education.

Preeti’s success comes as Hamilton School has also been nominated for School of the Year at the Pride of Reading Awards - a recognition of the care, teamwork and dedication that define the school.
