JAC offer a programme of different activities working with a mentor alongside horses, small animals, pottery, arts and crafts, carpentry, horticulture, cookery, welding and more.

JAC mentoring programmes are suitable for young people who have an interest in any of the activities mentioned, like being outdoors and may be struggling in the educational setting due to behavioural, emotional, social and or learning difficulties / disabilities.

Young people are referred to this programme from Social Services, Schools, Local Education Authorities, Pupil Referral Units, Youth Services and Parents. JAC can work with young people in small groups, if appropriate, but most of their work is 1-1.
